Controller

What the site does not collect

This is a site with information about our channels. It has no accounts, forms or comments, and search runs in your browser, so what you type into it is not sent anywhere.

Hosting and analytics

The site is delivered by Cloudflare, which processes technical connection data (such as your IP address and the page address) to serve the site and protect it from abuse.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure visits and performance. It does not set cookies or build user profiles, and its reports show aggregated data only.

YouTube and other platforms

Buttons and channel cards link to YouTube and other platforms. The site does not embed video players, so these services only receive your data once you go to their pages, where their own privacy and cookie policies apply.

Emails

If you write to kontakt@nakartce.pl, we use your email address and the content of your message to reply. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to messages (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep correspondence for up to 12 months after the last message, unless keeping it longer is needed to defend legal claims.

Browser storage

Your browser remembers the theme you chose (light or dark) in local storage on your device. The site does not use cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your data, and you can lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
